Legal Malpractice

            A.         Statute of Limitations:

                        If legal malpractice has occurred, you have two (2) years from the date of the malpractice in which to assert a claim or file suit against the attorney or his/her insurance company.             Mr. Simon charges a contingency fee of 40% on legal malpractice cases.

Medical Malpractice
